The #SafeSteps project, is an interactive educational programme for mental well-being empowerment through sports. Specifically, the programme aims to promote the sense of safety, resilience and self-confidence of children and adolescents through their participation in sports activities.
The project will be implemented in September 2023 in collaboration with Sofia Bekatorou and the mental health center “Vima Koino” with the participation of beneficiaris from the organization “Siniparxis”, the ‘Agia Varvara’ state facility of child protection services, and Melissa Network of Migrant Women in Greece.
The project is being implemented with the support of Onassis Scholars’ Association.
